Plaids on the road

Good morning lovelies,

today I have my outfit for you, which I wore in a pretty similar way for the Blogger Bazaar in Munich (I have told you about this event in my last post, which you can find here). Plaids are to be seen on every magazine, ad, online shop and blog - and that with good reason! In my opinion, they are the perfect pattern for fall because they can be worn with a warm sweater, coat and boots as well as with a light blouse and pumps for the warmer days of October. So as usual, I found it hard to find a fitting model because I did not want a red plaid skirt, even though I also like that pattern. When I searched at Zara in Munich for a coat, I found this pretty skirt (do you also never find what you're looking for when you're shopping, but find thousands of other cute pieces that you can't resist?? It must be jinxed...).

Hallo ihr Lieben,

am Wochenende kam endlich mal wieder die Sonne raus, so dass ich einen meiner Lieblingsröcke ausführen konnte. Ich hab das gute Stück aus (Fake-) Wildleder in Amsterdam gekauft und es hat sich herausgestellt, dass der Rock wahnsinnig vielfältig kombiniert werden kann!

Habt ihr auch so ein "Key-Piece", dass ihr eigentlich immer und zu allem kombinieren könntet?

heute habe ich einen Look für euch, den ich gestern zum Cocktaildate mit meinen Mädels getragen habe! Die Inspiration dafür habe ich aus der letzten InStyle, in der Kombinationen mit Pencilskirts aus Leder gezeigt wurden. Die Looks haben mir wirklich gut gefallen und ich hatte im Hinterkopf, dass ich so einen Rock schon seit längerem in meinem Schrank habe...in den Untiefen meines Kleiderschranks habe ich dann tatsächlich dieses gute Stück gefunden und gleich ausgeführt :-)
Wie steht ihr zum Lederlook - nur etwas für den Winter, oder auch sommertauglich?

today I habe a look for you which I wore for a night out with the girls. I got the inspiration for this look from InStyle, where they presented outfit ideas with leather pencil skirts. I really liked those looks and I knew that there has to be a leather skirt in my closet...so after I spent some time searching, I finally found this exemplar :-)
What do you think about the leather look? Only appropriate for winter or even great for summer?
